How to request account deletion

   Send us an email

   Email support@arifmart.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

   Include your account details

   Tell us your full name and the phone number registered on your Arif Mart account so we can locate it. Please send the request from an email address you can be reached at.

   Verify your identity

   To protect your account, our support team may contact you to confirm that you are the account owner before anything is deleted.

4. 4

   Receive confirmation

   Once verified, we will delete your account and email you a confirmation. Requests are processed within 30 days.

Data that will be deleted

• Your account profile, including your name, phone number and email address
• Saved shipping addresses
• Cart, wishlist and recently viewed items
• Notification preferences and notification history

Data we may keep

Some records may be retained after your account is deleted where we are required to do so by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Order, invoice and payment transaction records, kept for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting laws
• Records needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or enforce our agreements

Retained records are no longer linked to an active account and are deleted once the applicable retention period ends.
